Felix Tuccillo has worked for Trane Company for 40 years serving as Chief Shop Steward with Local 455 AFL-CIO from 1990-1999 and as President of Local 81455 IUE-CWA from 2000 to 2016. In these positions he worked closely with both Human Resouces and Senior Management on behalf of his members. He navigated  many issues during his career, including disciplinary hearings and workforce changes. As a seasoned negotiator Felix assisted IUE-CWA executives in Washington DC on matters related to job protection.
Felix brings to HCAMS a wealth of knowledge born from a career dedicated to serving workers in New Jersey.  Adding to his experience, Felix attends conferences and trainings to expand his abilities to serve and represent his members, including an NJ department of Labor Internship in conjunction with Rutgers University. Felix also served as a Constitution Commitee Member and Sergeant at Arms for the IUE-CWA and was a member of the contract negotiating team.
Felix comes to HCAMS ready to continue his work for laborers in New Jersey, helping those members in crisis find the support they need. He referred many of his members to HCAMS during his Presidency and saw firsthand HCAMS ability to confidentially and effectively protect jobs, keeping the union informed while respecting the client’s privacy.

Felix lives in Trenton, NJ, with his lovely wife of 35 years, Sharon and their dog, a Shepherd Husky mix, Oakley. They have 2 wonderful sons Felix III, who is married to Jessica, and William.
